Rules designed to keep AICentral useful, safe and appropriate for businesses and their website visitors.
Last updated: June 20, 2026
1. Permitted use
AICentral is intended for legitimate business communication, customer service, lead qualification and approved information delivery. Customers must use it in a manner that respects visitors, applicable law and the service agreement.
2. Prohibited uses
Users must not use AICentral to deceive people, impersonate a real person, distribute malware, send spam, engage in unlawful discrimination, facilitate fraud, collect unnecessary sensitive personal information, provide regulated advice without proper controls, generate abusive content or violate another party’s rights.
3. High-risk and regulated contexts
Customers must not rely on an AICentral assistant as the sole decision-maker for medical, legal, financial, insurance, employment, housing, emergency or other high-impact decisions. Such uses require careful human oversight, lawful procedures and written approval where applicable.
4. Customer content and rules
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and permissions of the business content, documents, policies, questions and instructions they provide. They must keep time-sensitive information current and add human escalation routes for situations that require it.
5. Enforcement
AICentral may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a use violates this policy, creates a security risk, causes harm or exposes the platform or others to legal risk.
