Here are the practical questions business owners ask most often about AICentral, setup, accuracy, installation, pricing and control.
Getting started
Getting started
AICentral is a website AI receptionist platform for businesses. It is designed to answer approved customer questions, collect the right information for a quote or callback, and send the business a clear lead summary.
No. A basic chatbot usually follows a small set of fixed buttons. AICentral is designed around a business knowledge base, instructions, lead workflows and escalation rules so the conversation can feel more natural while still staying within approved information.
A straightforward setup can usually be prepared after the business provides its core information: services, service areas, hours, FAQs, policies and lead contact details. More complex businesses, multiple locations or custom workflows take longer.
Yes. The setup service is intended to include business information gathering, knowledge-base preparation, widget styling, lead questions, notification setup, installation guidance and testing before launch.
Answers and accuracy
Answers and accuracy
The assistant uses information that the business has approved, such as services, FAQs, hours, service areas, pricing guidance, policies and escalation instructions. The goal is to answer from that information rather than improvise.
No AI system should be treated as perfect. AICentral is designed with instructions and escalation rules that tell the assistant not to invent policies, final prices, availability or expert advice. When it does not have a confident approved answer, it should ask to collect contact details or direct the visitor to a person.
That is controlled by the business. Most service businesses should provide starting prices, ranges or an explanation of what affects pricing, then collect information for a final quote. AICentral can be configured not to provide final pricing.
English and French can be enabled for a client workspace. The business should provide approved information in both languages where it needs reliable bilingual answers.
Installation and integrations
Installation and integrations
The core installation is a small website script and works on platforms that allow a site owner to add JavaScript, including custom HTML/PHP sites and Shopify theme code. A lightweight WordPress connector is included for easier WordPress installation.
No. The website displays a small widget while the business knowledge base, conversation logic, lead records and AI connection stay in AICentral’s central platform. That makes updates, plan limits and improvements easier to manage.
Yes. Initial lead delivery is designed to support email notification and dashboard visibility. Other workflows such as CRM, calendar, SMS and webhook connections can be added as the product grows.
Pricing and service
Pricing and service
The setup fee covers the hands-on work of preparing the assistant for a specific business: business details, services, FAQs, lead questions, escalation rules, branding, installation and launch testing. It is not simply a fee to activate a generic account.
Business owners should be able to understand what they are purchasing. A conversation allowance is easier to manage than raw AI tokens. AICentral will track usage internally to help keep the platform reliable and fairly priced.
Each workspace shows its included conversation allowance and usage. AICentral can set a hard cap, move the client to a higher plan, or add a manually approved overage arrangement.
The intended service model is monthly after the initial setup. Any final cancellation terms, notice periods and data-export details will be provided in the customer service agreement before launch.
Privacy and control
Privacy and control
The business should remain the owner of its customer information and lead data. AICentral is intended to process that information only to provide the agreed service and support the business’s approved workflows.
It should be configured to avoid collecting sensitive information unless a lawful, carefully designed workflow genuinely requires it. High-risk industries should use strict escalation and review rules.
Yes. A core benefit of the platform is a client dashboard where businesses can review conversations, leads, missed questions and trends so they can improve the knowledge base over time.
