This policy describes how AICentral may collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal information through AICentral.ca, demo requests, contact forms, newsletter sign-ups and, once launched, the AICentral platform. “Personal information” means information about an identifiable individual.

Depending on how you interact with AICentral, we may collect contact information such as name, business name, email, phone number, website address, industry, message content, usage information, browser/device details and information voluntarily provided through a form or chat.
3. How we use information
We may use information to respond to a request, prepare a demo or proposal, operate and improve the website, provide services, communicate about product updates where permitted, protect the site, investigate misuse and comply with legal obligations.
4. Business customer data
When AICentral is used by a business customer, that customer is expected to control the customer information it provides or collects through its own website. AICentral is intended to process that information only as needed to provide the agreed service, subject to the customer agreement and applicable law.

We may use service providers for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, AI processing and support. We seek to use providers that are appropriate for the services provided and limit access to what is reasonably necessary.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to provide services, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Customer-specific retention controls will be addressed in the platform agreement.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, loss or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information in our control, subject to applicable legal requirements and permitted exceptions. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential marketing communications using the link provided in those messages.
