Last updated: June 20, 2026
1. Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business inquiry purposes. You must not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, use automated scraping that creates unreasonable load or misuse the AICentral name or content.
2. Product information
AICentral is an evolving product. Website descriptions explain the intended scope of the service but do not guarantee that every feature, integration, workflow or language option is currently available. Features, pricing, limits and timelines may change before an individual customer agreement is signed.
3. No guarantee of results
AICentral is designed to improve website conversations and lead handling. It does not guarantee sales, bookings, revenue, response accuracy, conversion rates, customer satisfaction or any business outcome. Businesses remain responsible for their offers, staff follow-up, policies, legal compliance and final decisions.
4. Third-party AI and service providers
The platform may use third-party providers for hosting, AI processing, email, payment and other infrastructure. Availability and outputs can be affected by those providers, network conditions, customer-supplied information and configuration choices.
5. Customer responsibilities
Platform customers will be responsible for ensuring that their business information, policies, lead questions and permitted uses are accurate, lawful and appropriate. Customers should not configure the service to provide regulated advice, collect unnecessary sensitive data or make commitments that require human review.
6. Intellectual property
AICentral and its associated software, branding, design, documentation and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customers receive only the rights described in their written agreement.
7. Limitation and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. These terms may be updated as the service develops. A material customer agreement will govern the specific commercial relationship.
