Technical structure, in plain English

The chat box is on the client site. The brain stays with AICentral.

The website receives a small embed script or connector. The central AICentral platform handles the knowledge base, conversation logic, AI-provider connection, lead storage, reporting and plan limits. Customer AI credentials are not placed in their browser.
